🚨JOB OPENING🚨 Chief Operating Officer (COO) TIC+ is a mental health charity offering free mental health support to around 4,000 children and young people each year aged 9-25 across Gloucestershire. We aspire to have an even greater reach and realise our vision of giving ‘every young person someone to talk to’ and to that end, have embarked on an ambitious five-year plan. To help us achieve our goals, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our Senior Executive Team at TIC+. The COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organisation's day-to-day operations which includes the leadership of several corporate services, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the charity's mission and strategic goals. This is a senior role within our well – established charity, and the post-holder will play a proactive and productive role as a member of the organisations’ Senior Executive Team. The SET manages the entire work of the charity on a day-to-day basis under the leadership of the CEO who reports to the Board of Trustees. The successful candidate will contribute to and collaborate in the strategic leadership of the organisation, develop efficient processes and controls in line with the governance framework and monitor performance. Place of work: Head office (Mitcheldean GL17 0DD) and Eastgate House (Gl1 1pX) with one day week home based. Hours: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) Hours to include occasional evenings and weekend work to accommodate the needs of the charity. Salary: £52,923-£57,798 DOE.
