TotalEnergies and Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL) have entered into an agreement to create a new joint venture with a 1,150 MWac #solar portfolio in Khavda in Gujarat! ☀️🇮🇳 The #electricity generated by the solar projects will be sold through Power Purchase Agreements signed with the federal government agency, Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited, and through sales on the wholesale market. AGEL is currently developing the world’s largest #renewableenergy site in the Khavda region. Spanning over 538 km², five times the size of Paris, the site will boast solar and wind capacity of 30 GW. Of this, 2 GW has already been operationalized by AGEL. It is a good one when different companies see the need to achieve a great goal by coming together to assist each other in achieving those goals,neglecting the competition all in the name of selfish profit where cooperation needs to come in and at last development,profit and a great accomplishment can all be achieved all at the same time.
