UNFCU had a lively and eventful June, marked by numerous celebrations, including recognizing #CaribbeanAmericanHeritageMonth! We celebrated and learned more the diverse and vibrant Caribbean cultures through a video montage of our staff sharing their heritage, a brief history of the Caribbean, and a fun interactive workout routine. The Caribbean has such a rich culture and we are so proud to have so many employees represent these islands. They are part of the reason why UNFCU is a Great Place to Work! #unfcu #unfculife #unfcupeople #unfcuculture #creditunions #cudifference #peaceofmind #serviceexcellence #greatplacetowork #DEIB #CaribbeanAmericanHeritageMonth

As we mark National Reconciliation Week (NRW) from May 27th to June 3rd, ADCO proudly recognises and celebrates the rich cultures, histories, and achievements of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This important week serves as a powerful reminder of our collective responsibility to foster understanding, respect, and unity across our diverse communities. At ADCO, reconciliation is not just a concept—it is a commitment we have made under our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our Innovate RAP guides us in our journey towards reconciliation, outlining tangible steps and initiatives to promote meaningful engagement, respect, and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. During National Reconciliation Week, we reaffirm our dedication to implementing our RAP and advancing reconciliation in Australia with activities and discussions across our offices and projects in QLD, NSW, VIC and WA. It is also a time for us to reflect on the progress we have made, acknowledge the work that still lies ahead, and recommit ourselves to building a more inclusive and equitable society for all. #NRW2024 #ReconciliationWeek #ADCO #Ourpeople #Firstnations
