VPCS Trustee, Xiomara Albán DeLoboato, honored for her incredible talents and contributions to our community! Way to go, Xio!
I am incredibly honored to announce my selection for The 9th Annual 100 Women of Color Gala and Awards in Hartford, CT! This recognition is not just a personal achievement, but a testament to our collective vision for a future where every individual can contribute to our society and local economy, and be part of the greater good. My passion for creating a welcoming home for all, where everyone can unlock the potential of their dreams, stems from deeply personal roots. My parents embarked on their journey to this country in pursuit of the American Dream, and I carry their belief in my bones. I firmly believe that Western Mass is a place where everyone, regardless of background, can prosper and achieve their dreams of economic prosperity. In my career, I've been driven by a commitment to leveraging the strengths of all stakeholders to pave the way for economic stability, opportunity, and growth. As a good friend and mentor recently shared with me: Life is often about will and resources. If there’s the will, things get done. If there are the resources, things get done. If you have both, #magic happens ✨ Together, we can break barriers and build a future where every person has the chance to thrive. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. Your belief in our shared vision fuels my determination to continue working towards a more inclusive and prosperous future for all. #100womenofcolor #100woc #leadership #communitycollaboration #economicdevelopment #positivechange #gratitude #womeninbusiness #businessdevelopment #westernmass #massachusetts June Archer
