CEO/Founder at Xccelerate | AI, UI/UX, Cyber, Blockchain, Gaming Bootcamps | Corporate Training | Enterprise Innovation | Founders Circle President
Grateful and inspired after a powerful conversation with a young founder I met at a Founders Circle event dinner. Last month, he shared his vision of starting a farm focused on sustainable agriculture. His passion was undeniable. During our chat, I encouraged him to think bigger—what if he could leverage technology and innovation to create a startup that could transform hundreds of farms? What if his impact could extend across the entire agriculture sector? I saw his perspective shift, and his eyes lit up with a spark of realization. He began to envision a future where he wasn’t just managing a single farm but building solutions that could revolutionize farming practices and empower countless farmers. Today, we crossed paths again, and he shared how that dinner conversation was a turning point that completely transformed his mindset. It’s moments like these that remind me of the power of thinking bigger and embracing innovation. When we step back and reimagine the scope of our impact, we open doors to new possibilities. If you’re a founder or changemaker looking to make a scalable impact, don’t limit yourself to just one idea or one project. Think bigger. Aim higher. The potential for meaningful change is limitless when you broaden your vision

Just finished up at RFSI and I couldn't be more stoked about the event... We started by hearing from three 🐐 's in the space: Edd Lees, Andy Cato, and Philip Taylor, Ph.D. about building a regenerative supply chain. Wildfarmed (which also includes George Lamb) has a fantastic farm outreach team, convincing farmers to go regenerative and offering them a premium. Joséphine Bournonville ✊ 🌱, founder of Omie, Anthony Corsaro (AC) (Outlaw Ventures), and Hannes Van Eynde had a great convo on how we need to communicate regenerative products to consumers in each step of the customer journey. Simon Evill, Adele Jones, and Thomas Slattery then followed to discuss the role of tech in regenerative systems. I found this one interesting as Collie presented soon after, using collars for cattle to help with pasture rotation. The pitch session was great, we got to see a few ventures from a wide range of stages pitch the audience on their ventures. Hats off to these brave founders! Anthea Stephenson, Philip Taylor, Ph.D., Daniel Reisman, and the winner of the pitch competition, Tashia Tucker. Congratulations to Olombria! Clara Cecil led a great workshop on KPI's for regenerative investors, this is crucial for other investors to understand the life cycle of their investment. To close out, Ivo Degn, Michiel Lenstra, Guido Laman, and Casper Zulim de Swarte engaged with partnership building among stakeholder "silos" Cortlandt Meyerson and I both thought this was an incredible event and will be attending RFSI in the fall! I encourage anybody looking to invest in the space. The most compelling discussion, for me, is when Christopher Knowles was explaining why corporate investment hasn't fully extended to regenerative, our funds are not big enough and therefore the natural asset exposure isn't worth it for them. #regenerativeagriculture #regenerativefarming #climate #RFSIEurope #news
