Today we announced our financial results for the first quarter of 2024. Thanks to a strong retail sales performance, including an all-time monthly sales record in March, we booked a solid underlying profit increase of 8 per cent in our core operating profits, with corresponding margins reaching 7.2 per cent. “We have had a strong start to the year, with our first quarter results laying a solid foundation for the year ahead,” says Jim Rowan, our chief executive. “We reported double-digit retail sales growth, set a new all-time sales record for a single month in March and continued to ramp up production and customer deliveries of our EX30 small SUV. Our operating profit margin, excluding JVs, associates, reached a solid 7.2 per cent on the back of improved gross margins on EVs of 16 per cent, and increased our EV share of sales to 21 per cent.” “We remain focused on costs and capital allocation to ensure healthy cash and liquidity,” adds Jim Rowan. “I am confident that these actions will make 2024 another milestone year in our ongoing transformation.” https://lnkd.in/dexs2KyG

(Erzurum Volvo Bayiniz) aynı zamanda Erzurum Avis Yetkili bayisi olması sebebiyle, avis.com.tr den yaptığım kiralamada farklı bir araç seçmiş olmama rağmen ellerinde o araç bulunmadığı için, kiralama yetkilisi Burak Gacıroğlu’ndan bizzat duyduğum test aracı olan normalde kendilerinin, ikame ve müdürlerinin kullandığını ifade ettiği problemli aracı babama kiralama yaptılar. Kaza sonrasında aracın teknik hatalarının olduğu acil frenleme sisteminin çalışmadığı, önde bulunan 3 hava yastığı (direksiyon, torpido ve diz) nın açılmadığı bilirkişi raporlarıyla tutanak altına alınmıştır. Bu sebeple de ölümden dönüldüğü ve 2 ayı aşkın süredir ameliyatlar sonrası hala sağlık sorunlarıyla uğraştığımız bir kaza yaşadık.
