Transformative HR Leader | DEI & Inclusive Culture Strategist | Driving Talent Development & Organizational Excellence
Two Years at GRAIL – A Journey Just Beginning 🚀Two years ago, I joined GRAIL with the hope of contributing to something larger than myself—creating a space where everyone could feel valued and where our work could impact not just the company, but the world around us. A few short weeks after joining, we launched our first DEI Week. Fast forward to now, and we’re preparing for our 3rd DEI Month. It’s been an incredible journey, but I know we’re only just getting started. Let this be a reminder to plant the seeds you want to see grow. It’s worth the wait🌱 The speed at which things have grown has been nothing short of amazing. Watching our DEI initiatives skyrocket in impact has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion work has a ripple effect that extends far beyond internal efforts. At GRAIL, it touches our colleagues, customers, and patients. Our focus on health equity and addressing cancer health disparities shows how this work can directly transform lives, ensuring that early detection and treatment outcomes are equitable for all, particularly underserved communities. The most rewarding part of this journey has been witnessing the collective commitment to inclusion. It reminds me every day that inclusion is a journey, not a destination—and that the titles we hold are borrowed, but the impact we make is lasting. As I reflect on these two years, I’m reminded that impact doesn’t come from where you are, but from what you do. Cheers to more impact, no matter where the journey takes me, and to continuing the work of building a future where everyone belongs. 💫 #DEIMonth #HealthEquity #InclusionMatters #ImpactfulLeadership #DiversityAndInclusion #Leadership #RippleEffect

One of the most prominent signs of a democratic organisation or schools is that leaders know when 'let go' of the reigns. It is an indicator that the team is acquainted with decision making and managing autonomy, leading to resilient organisations. Read Hannah Kehn's journey as founding Principal at New Visions Charter High School for the Humanities, as she moves on to the next chapter of her life and spreads her resounding creativity with the rest of the world. You can also find Hannah's chapter Let the light in our book Designing Democratic Schools and Learning Environments: A Global Perspective https://bit.ly/3VrvL8E

🥳⚒️Happy Feast Day of St. Joseph the Worker. A great day for everyone on LinkedIn to celebrate your hard work. St. Josemaría Escrivá wrote that work is the fulcrum upon which human activity takes on divine meaning, and he highlights three aspects that operate in an organic way to mutually influence one another. The first is the sanctification of work, which is the most basic aspect and the root of the other two. The second is sanctifying oneself in work, which is a result of the first. The third is sanctifying others through work, which is a result of the preceding two aspects. So, celebrate your hard work today. Cheers! 🍻 #f3nation #archstl

Helping Women of Culture™ and leaders of Women of Culture™ harness their unique perspectives and create a more sustainable organization I Speaker, trainer and facilitator
I'm incredibly grateful for the values my parents have instilled in me. As they navigate their 80s, their actions speak volumes about the kind of world they wish to see – one built on kindness, empathy, and genuine connections. 𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁: At their home, they show their desire to see others welcomed and cherished, not just through words, but through elaborate meals prepared with care. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Every moment spent with them is a cherished opportunity for deep connection. Their unwavering presence reminds me of the fundamental human need to be seen, heard, and valued. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Cultural values shape our family dynamic. From addressing elders with reverence to honoring traditions, their actions reinforce the importance of respecting our heritage. Their lives are testaments to the power of respect, kindness, and genuine connection. And these are the values I strive to carry forward, both personally and professionally.
