Throughout #Pride Month, WillowTree’s North American offices came together to celebrate and commemorate the occasion, with a number of events facilitated by our PRIDE @ WT employee resource group (#ERG). “Pride serves as an important reminder that diversity, equality, and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but essential elements of a thriving society and workplace,” said Kyle Jepson, CTA, PRIDE @ WT ERG Lead and Columbus Office Manager. “Our PRIDE @ WT employee resource group provides a space and community for #LGBTQIA+ individuals to express their authentic selves and foster a sense of belonging, acceptance, and empowerment both in their lives and within their work,” Kyle continued. “By celebrating Pride across our offices in ways both big and small, we acknowledge and honor the unique contributions and experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community, promoting equality, and challenging discrimination.”

This month is an opportunity for us to honour and celebrate the significant contributions made by the LGBTQIA+ community throughout history. Here are a few ways your business can mark this important occasion: Encourage the formation of LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) within your organization.
