I have been trying to get a refund from Zoom for over a week. The global call center is in India and they couldn't care less about the customers. They cosntantly hang up the phone and don't return any calls or do much of anything to solve the issue. One of their agents deleted my tickets that had been there for over a week.
Wow, 1 million attendees?! That's mind-blowing! Zoom is truly revolutionizing how we connect and share ideas. It's great to see them offering scalable solutions to meet the needs of larger events.
Very poor customer service. Zoom phone line not reliable and not stable. Technical support unable to fix it. Don't use zoom phone ever. They could not organise beer for a BBC. This has been going on for weeks now and they can't fix it.

2moZoom, you have many people who have problems to join meetings...when will you reply on Android??? It's annoying not being able to work, study etc with zoom. So... it's up to you to make it simpler and not after 40+ minutes of attempts to have to skip meetings! If we would collectively do that with you, you would be annoyed too. It's not user-friendly to say ...Android...no problem, but when using Android, being kicked out after 3 SECONDS! So explain towards is users ..those who gave you 1 star and couldn't reach meetings...what will you do to make it easier and make us your greatest fans instead of momentary your worse negative ??? Quite curious of you will finally take your time on Android, to react... Cause being a big tech company sounds great...for you...and still...if you need to be tech related to use your app...with all the flaws...then it will be end of story at the end... Yeah I am annoyed as you can read...and not convinced you will react on this...probably others will and you probably will not care about this message. Althow I dare you to come out your comfort zone and star lt paying attention what users indicate over the years. It will make you more friendly towards us all...👍 Now it's ❌ Let's make ✅
