LAST CALL: Beating Survey Fatigue: psychosocial risk assessment without another survey Zoom webinar

When: 12 September, 12pm - 1pm (AEST)

New WHS regulations in Australia require employers to consult with workers about their experience of psychosocial hazards to understand and reduce mental health risks. But, given there are so many other employee consultation processes already established, how can employers meet their consultation obligations without another survey?

Fortunately, there is a way to meet psychosocial safety consultation requirements without adding to the survey burden.

In this all-new free* webinar from FlourishDx, discover:

  • What information you need to collect from a psychosocial risk assessment

  • What information you may already have from other data

  • How you can collect additional information from further employee consultation methods

  • How to quantify risk with add-value methods during employee workshops
