What is your current role at Citi?

I am leading the Finance Quality Assurance Team in Budapest. Our goal is to provide regulatory reporting teams with support to achieve excellence in the accuracy of the reporting.

Why do you like working in finance?

It is really motivating that as a controller I can contribute to the integrity and health of the financial industry. By informing our regulatory bodies, stakeholders and management through high quality reports, we can assure that their decisions rest on a solid basis. 

What are the top three skills that help you succeed in your finance career?

Attention to details, curiosity for the ‘whys’, and at the same time applying a holistic approach.

In your opinion, what are the main benefits of working for Citi?
