The 2024 Eastside Virtual Job Fair is an opportunity for job seekers to meet with employers from a variety of industries to learn about positions ranging from entry-level to management roles. Startup425 is proud to announce the launch of the S425 accelerator program, in partnership with the Founder Institute! This intensive program offers two tracks: one for startup founders who plan to seek venture capital investment; the other for traditional entrepreneurs building small businesses. The program is free to anyone living or building their business in a Startup425 partner city (Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond, and Renton). The Cultural and Economic Development team is thrilled to announce a new pilot program aimed at fostering home-based childcare businesses right here in Bellevue! The City of Bellevue is accepting proposals from childcare training providers to support the establishment of two home-based childcare businesses in our city. The training partner will guide participants through the necessary certifications and state regulations, ensuring they are fully prepared to serve Bellevue families and workers. This program represents our commitment to expanding accessible childcare options while supporting local entrepreneurs.
