The General Management Development Program (GMDP) Class of 2020 recently concluded their experience by participating in the GMDP Capstone! We partnered with WDHB, a strategic learning and development company that organizes experiential learning to drive business impact. The capstone experience centered around leading innovation at CVS Health, and GMDP graduates visited Silicon Valley leaders to learn about their approaches to creating positive cultures, driving innovation at their companies, and growing with the digital world. From workshops about courageous leadership and storytelling, to panels with start up founders, to site visits to facilitated debriefs about learnings and insights, our GMDP graduates participated in a best-in-class experience that will help guide their impact in their post-program roles.
