We are pleased to share that Anuttra Promnart has made a transition within the US team to Client Success Manager. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Anuttra came to the US as an international student at Kent State University, where she began her career in international higher education in the ISSS department. She later joined IDP Education as a Client Relations Coordinator, supporting client management, acquisition, and collaborating with network offices and external stakeholders. Moving into the Intelligence and Analytics team as a Client Data Analyst for North America, Anuttra led consultancy projects for top-tier institutions like U15, Russell Group, and Go8 universities, while providing technical support to North America partners. After a brief stint in college mental health marketing, she returned to IDP as a Partnerships Manager, building long-term relationships with US institutions, driving growth, and enhancing brand awareness through strategic digital marketing. Anuttra is now joining the US Client Success Team as a Client Success Manager, where she will focus on client engagement and improving service delivery.
