This past weekend, I had the opportunity to facilitate our 3-day Leading People workshop at the PA Education Association’s annual Education Forum. We had deans, program leaders, faculty, and staff attend from universities across the country to learn more about the brain science behind and different models of leadership and management. One of the best things about occasionally taking on a trainer and facilitator role is that I get to learn too! We had such deep, impactful conversations around building our emotional intelligence and how to leverage coaching skills to support our people. I couldn’t be more grateful to my co-facilitators Kendall Williams and Karen Hills and all of the attendees who rolled up their sleeves and dove right in. #leadership #paeducation #highereducation #manager #peoplemanager

The opportunity to learn and grow alongside 50 incredible women from around the world, went far beyond all expectations.
