John Hofman🌟TOPA Presenter at the 2024 ASCA International Conference on applied Strength and Conditioning, partnered by Edith Cowan University
📋 Just because everyone is doing it, doesn’t make them right.
A Tactical S&C Specialist is more common in today’s modern world, but in 2007 it was more of an idea. There were no resources and much of the success can be attributed to simple strategies and vast network of professionals who help create an industry.
This presentation covers Coach Hofman’s career and the lessons he learned along the way from being a World Class Athlete to the 2018 NSCA Practitioner of the Year. The session will discuss the differences between athletes and tactical athletes, how to change a culture when everything is against you, and the lessons learned over a 20-year career.
