🎉 Convey Law has officially hit the 20-year milestone—two incredible decades of innovation, hard work, and making our mark on the conveyancing world. Last Friday, we celebrated this huge achievement in true style at the National Museum in Cardiff, and what a night it was! A massive thank you to the Arwen Violin Duo for kicking things off with a brilliant performance that set just the right vibe for the evening. From heartfelt speeches and a look back at how far we’ve come, to celebrating our team through the 2024 Convey Law Awards—including Employee of the Year and Team of the Year—it was a night to reflect on everything we’ve accomplished together. And then came the karaoke. Let’s just say, with some of the standout performances, we’re pretty sure the next Adele or Tom Jones might be working with us. It was the perfect way to end a celebration packed with laughter, memories, and maybe even a few happy tears. To everyone who’s been part of our journey—thank you. Last night we held our first networking event of 2025 at Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales 🖼️ Over 50 of our members joined us to make new connections and experience a private viewing of Van Gogh’s Portrait of the Artist (1887) before it leaves the National Museum. Special thanks to Ashleigh Enness, Corey Bullock and the venue team for making the event so memorable.

I felt hugely privileged to have been invited to the FOR Cardiff networking event last night at National Museum & Gallery Cardiff. The evening included the opportunity to explore the gallery and enjoy an exclusive look at the 'Art of the Selfie' exhibit, featuring one of Van Gogh's iconic self-portraits 🖌️ Thank you to the FOR Cardiff team for organising such a wonderful evening and facilitating some valuable introductions! Julia Barry and I had the pleasure of attending a lovely evening at Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales last night on behalf of Sherman Theatre / Theatr y Sherman, at the FOR Cardiff ‘Night at the Museum’ event. So lucky to have the opportunity to see the Art of the Selfie exhibition before it closes in a few days. A special thank you to Stuart, who was a fantastic guide. Last night, Ceri Jones and I had the honour of attending an exclusive “Night at the Museum” event at the National Museum Cardiff, hosted by FOR Cardiff. The highlight of the evening was a private viewing of Vincent Van Gogh’s iconic Self-Portrait, on loan from the Musée d’Orsay in Paris. The painting is part of the museum’s fascinating Art of the Selfie exhibit. I’ll admit I know very little about art, but it was a privilege to see all the exhibits on display, it also reminded me of the important work AtkinsRéalis are doing in collaboration with Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales supporting their incredible museum estates across Wales to ensure that spaces like these continue to inspire and educate for years to come. As if the night couldn’t get any better, on the way back to the train we bumped into the legendary Welsh actor and one of my favorite Bond villains Jonathan Pryce! I couldn’t help but shamelessly tell him that Tomorrow Never Dies was the first Bond film I saw in the cinema. My only regret…I didn’t get a selfie.
