Fixes: 
  • Encounter Zones are uncapped. Recommended: Encounter Zone Recalculation
  • Game Setting fixes: AI sandbox, faster terminals, projectile distances, workshop wires. 
  • Many bleed effects (if not all) are no longer able to affect Robots/Turrets/Vertibirds. 
  • Many fire effects (if not all) have been given the proper DamageTypeFire Keyword. 
  • Ripper nerfed to not perma-stagger enemies. Technically was a bug/cheap exploit. 
Addictions/Chems/Doctors: 
  • Addictions can only be treated by doctors. 
  • - However, I left Dark Cravings cures intact. You're Welcome. 
  • New chem called 'Rocket 69' replaced Addictol (yes, it's based off the song). 
  • - Read what it does before you use it. You've been warned  :) 
  • Radscorpion Egg Omelette and Refreshing Beverage adjusted accordingly. 
  • Service costs have been increased by approximately 3x or so. 
  • - I.E. cure addiction, remove rads, face changes, etc. 
Body Part Data: 
  • There's quite a few mods on the Nexus that modify Body Part Data... 
  • They typically call it 'Locational Damage' and/or 'Live Dismemberment'. 
  • SUFFER modifies almost all creatures' Body Part Data such as: 
  • - Enhanced Blood Textures added into BPD and Race records. 
  • - Headshots do 3~6x more damage, for a 'realistic' twist. 
  • - Limbs can explode or sever while a creature is alive. 
Creatures: 
  • A few adjustments to Game Setting AI data, in line with more realistic values. 
  • All creatures that shouldn't open doors, won't... with two exceptions: 
  • - Dogmeat and cats because of a few quests that require them to open doors. 
  • Almost all creature's (Race) base stats are adjusted, along with some fixes
  • Bugs, Ghouls, and Mirelurks are highly vulnerable to Fire and Energy damage. 
  • Larger creatures and large robots are immune to being staggered. 
  • Liberty Prime is immune to Acid, Bleed, Cryo, Poison, Radiation and resistant to Fire. 
  • Robots are immune to Acid, Bleed, Cryo, Poison, Radiation and resistant to Fire. 
  • Robots are highly vulnerable to Electric and slightly vulnerable to Energy damage. 
  • Vertibirds are immune to Acid, Bleed, Cryo, Poison, Radiation, and resistant to Fire. 
Gameplay: 
  • Charisma checks are slightly more difficult to pass, by a factor of 1.5x. 
  • Leveled Item adjustments, which are compatible with LIF and Looted World. 
  • [Survival] Starving and Infection health damage doubled and can actually kill you :) 
  • Traps are 3x~6x more powerful and reduced by 1 second, somewhat real-world like. 
  • VATS receiving damage increased by 10x, same as normal damage outside of VATS. 
  • Water takes 5~20x longer to heal vs vanilla. No more fast healing from water sources. 
Perks: 
  • Aquaboy / Aquagirl no longer have water breathing and immunity to rads. 
  • - Instead +60 rad resistance and +20 action points. You're Welcome. 
  • Ghoulish 4 has been completely disabled, as it's far too powerful. 
  • Hacker 4 removed terminal lockouts, so I soft-disabled that :) 
  • Locksmith 4 made bobby pins unbreakable, so I soft-disabled it :) 
  • Sneak 2 & 3 made traps pointless. Replaced by +20 action points. 
Power Armor: 
  • Durability damage reduced by 3x against NPCs with Power Armor. 
  • Fusion Core drain adjusted to be 4x slower via two Game Setting edits. 
  • Immunity to Acid, Bleed, Cryo, Fire, and Poison if wearing all PA parts. 
  • Immunity to Radiation in water if you have all PA parts equipped. 
  • Jetpack boosted with minor tweaks to maneuvering and gliding. 
Workshop: 
  • 0 Workshop EXP as that is one of the ways to level too easily. You're welcome. 
  • Decontamination Arch now requires 10 power and the Perk, Science 3. 
  • Decontamination Arches won't instant remove rads, have to stay a bit longer :)
