About this mod
Removes Annoyances; Implements Fixes and Immersive/QOL Tweaks.
Main version of the mod has significant performance gains.
Due to the nature of this mod, will NOT opt into Nexus donation points.

Install only one main file:

- WHY? -- Streamlines about 75~100+ mod downloads, with less BA2s, loose files and conflicts.
- All of the mods imported have either open permissions or a direct request was approved.
- In addition, I've made a decent amount of fixes and tweaks of my own across the board.
- CTM: Due to the wide scale of tweaks, there are many changes that improve performance.
- I often update & provide Changelogs for the next rel... Make sure your version is up to date :)
- Due to the nature of this mod, it will NOT be opted into Nexus' donation points system.

- This mod does not require UFO4P or Community Fixes Merged and it never will.
- Forwards/deconflicts UFO4P and Community Fixes Merged (CFM) only when/if necessary.
* EXCEPTION: versions that are only available for NextGen, where this mod favors backwards compatibility.
- Always run this after LIF (Leveled Item Fixes) & NEO (New Equipment Overhaul) for more content.
- Always run this before PRP / PRP Lite / Boston FPS Fix / Previs mods in your load order.

As of Version 1.0.10, all armor/clothing modifications are considered fixes...
FIXES = a light extension to NEO + in line with UFO4P/CFM/Fallout 4 Fixes
Reason: It is far too time-consuming to separate fixes from tweaks... Nor are the 'tweaks' so dramatic that they'll ruin your game's immersion. I will always intend to prioritize fixes over crazy tweaks especially when it comes to the armor records. This is the alternative to making NEO (New Equipment Overhaul) a required master, as many of what NEO does are fixes as well.

* A verbose explanation of what was removed in detail without touching Worldspace:
- all distant object 'clouds' that appear in front of distant landscapes
- all distracting fog effects that appear/disappear with camera movement
- all fog / mist / smoke effects that appear around water, coastlines, and random Cells/Worldspace
- all variations of dirty footstep dust from all creatures of all sizes
* NOTE: I did not remove Far Harbor's or Glowing Sea's fog effects, just minor adjustments
- Glass was removed from cars, with the idea that glass succumbed to various forms of weathering.
* Chemical weathering: Glass can react with acidic substances, such as acid rain or pollutants [or radiation], which can cause it to break down and degrade. Mechanical weathering: Glass can be worn away by physical forces like wind, water, or ice. For example, sandblasting or wind erosion can wear down glass surfaces. Thermal stress: Glass can expand and contract with temperature changes, leading to cracks and eventual erosion. This all means glass would eventually break down and turn into tiny pebbles like rocks do over time.

- Many trash meshes in Diamond City were removed along with a huge unrealistic glow effect

- Bloom and Depth of Field Image Space values have been greatly reduced, but not eliminated
- Many Image Space Adapter colors have been adjusted to 255/255/255 to have a transparent effect
- Motion Blur and Radial Blur Image Space Adapter values set to 0, to almost be eliminated
- Night Time God Rays by BourneMcReady + some subtle tweaks (ESP)
- Underwater Image Space set very close to defaults, to preserve realistic water depth
Gameplay edits:
- Race records have been heavily changed, with many different fixes and tweaks, too many to mention.
Performance edits:
- God Rays have been lowered by an average of 1/2 and Night God Rays have been subtly enabled

NextGen NPC edit problem and my temporary solution:

There is an NPC edit problem that Bethesda caused with NextGen. For every NPC record modified by a mod, there is a warning logged, which impacts performance the more NPC records are modified. And so I've provided an optional file, which is an ESL-Flagged ESP with no loose files/BA2 and has no requirements...
In the meantime the NPC Edits optional file (OldGen only recommended) contains:
- Curie is C.V.R.I.E. by Cyndercrys (ESP) - robot is C.V.R.I.E. ; synth is Curie ; also forwarded UFO4P changes
- Durable Relay Synths by Lystraeus (ESP) - spawned relay synths scale with player
- Minor fixes by Meldonaut (ESP) - sound edits with some additional fixes merged from UFO4P and CFM
