I have over 15 years of experience and training in mental health and qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I offer a supportive, empathetic and non-judgemental space. I work collaboratively with you to find ways through what is troubling you and to help you better understand yourself.
My approach is holistic and relational and sessions will address all aspects of your experience. I believe developing a greater understanding of ourselves, our history and our formative relationships will help us to work through and problem-solve what is impacting you in the present.
