Natalie is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in adult community mental health services. She specialises in individual therapy in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, character disorders, grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, family relationship difficulties, difficult childhood experiences, and relationship and marital difficulties. Natalie has helped people to overcome troubling symptoms, resolve traumas and losses in life, and more successfully deal with the challenges that life brings along the way. Natalie has extensive training and experience in psychodynamic, dialectical behaviour and cognitive behavioural therapies and, by integrating these approaches, she helps people to work through, manage and overcome disabling symptoms, emotional and psychological suffering, trauma, stressful life events, and complex relationships and interpersonal problems.
Natalie provides a compassionate, safe and confidential space, in which she works together with her patients to develop an individualized therapy treatment plan. She offers short focussed or longer term therapy holding in mind the specific needs, difficulties and circumstances of her patients.
