Looking for a counsellor or seeking help can be a very vulnerable time. My practice is informed by my own journey of healing and recovery. I focus on creating safety and trust, to be able to hold a healing space for you. If you’re interested in working together, I offer a 30 minute initial consultation free of charge so we can have a chat and see if I am the right fit for you.
My work is grounded in care and connection. We are relational beings. In working together, I am committed to supporting you in a way that is humanistic and empowering. Mindfulness and experiential ways of working are important parts of my practice - I warmly invite you to engage in these creative aspects of our work together.
I have extensive professional experience working in LGBTIQA+ specialist community organisations in Victoria, providing mental health support and support for experiences of family violence. I bring lived experience as a queer person of colour with a migrant background. I currently live and work across Boonwurrung, Wurundjeri and Wadawurrung Country.
