I love working with kids, adolescents, and adults who have a strong desire to question and understand themselves in their own unique ways. I'm a passionate trauma and couples therapist. Helping you to reconnect with your body; being able to live your life more presently and without fear. Supporting you to feel safe in mind and body to return home. I’m here to support you to make meaning of your experiences, be present with, understand and give voice to your feelings. When our mind and body are living with unhealed trauma wounds - we can be reactionary in our relationships.

I was never destined to become a counsellor. Having grown up in the French countryside, where mental health is a thing that none talks about, I went on to live my adult life thinking that you just need to keep going, whatever comes your way. That was until 2017, when I severely burnt out after experiencing workplace bullying, then was the victim of a traffic accident that led me to develop chronic pain. I could not make sense of the emotional, mental and physical turmoil that I was thrown into. It was only thanks to my new passion for the mind, body and soul, and finding the right professional support, that I was able to heal.

Many of my clients are men, couples, or LGBTQIA+ people. I have an interest in helping people manage anxiety, anger, shame, grief, and other personal struggles.

I work in the online counselling and coaching space so I can work with anyone regardless of location or limitation. I offer a free 15- minute video call prior to bookings to allow for you to decide whether I am the counsellor or coach for you. I have trained with the Australian Institute of Family Counselling and I am accredited with the ACA.

We will look at your relationships, how you live, the roles and masks you put on, and how you protect your vulnerability.

I am a Mental Health Social Worker, Accredited EMDR therapist and Clinical Resource therapist. I am specialised in trauma and work with people impacted by Complex PTSD; Acute Trauma; attachment trauma; historical and recent sexual assault and family violence and relationship issues. I am very much an outcome focused therapist and work with individuals to achieve effective and positive results. Understanding the importance of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, I naturally put people at ease and provide an open, honest and safe space without judgment. I work with people via VOCAT, Worksafe, GP referral and self referral.
