I am a Psycho-analytic Psychotherapist (Group Analyst) and Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience of supporting people to live lives that have meaning and purpose in the context of mental health issues. Divyah is a registered Counselling Psychologist with AHPRA and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Divyah’s personal style of therapy is to cultivate a strong therapeutic alliance, which sets the foundation for therapy to progress from. Her warm and compassionate manner allows for the creation of a safe space within which clients would be able to identify their therapeutic goals. Starting from a person-centred approach, Divyah draws upon her training in a variety of evidence-based methods in order to provide an effective intervention plan in order to meet the client’s goals and facilitate their growth.

Like most psychologists I use different approaches - narrative therapy, family systems, mindfulness, CBT. My main focus is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). So, some of what I do might seem familiar and other techniques may be new to you. I am a Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of experience in private and public mental health settings. My areas of specialty and interest include depression and anxiety, PTSD and complex trauma and attachment related difficulties. I am passionate about the role of the body in healing trauma, and I am a certified trauma sensitive yoga facilitator.

Felicity is experienced in working alongside adults and adolescents who are experiencing distress in everyday life. She helps clients to develop a better understanding of the origins of problem behaviours so that they are able to make changes that go beyond symptom relief. Felicity’s areas of interest include eating disorders, interpersonal difficulties, personality issues, substance use issues, mood and anxiety disorders, domestic violence behaviours and relationship issues.

Emma is a passionate advocate in the field of women's mental health and wellbeing. With a wealth of experience and a holistic approach, Emma empowers individuals and couples to navigate life's challenges and embrace positive change. Emma blends evidence-based practices with a personalised touch to create a safe and empathetic space for her clients. Rachel is a empathic practitioner who takes a person-first approach. She creates a non-judgemental and supportive therapy relationship to assist her clients in understanding themselves and achieving their therapy goals. Rachel has an interest inworking with those who have faced adversity or trauma. As such, Rachel has psychological experience in the NDIS, and has volunteered with the Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees, and Detainees.
