I am a senior Clinical Psychotherapist/Counsellor 4 Level, a Certified Transactional Analyst (with the European Association for Transactional Analysis), an EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a qualified Hypnotherapist with ASHWA (Australian Society of Hypnosis Western Australia Branch Inc).

Deciding to seek support is a big step, and I'd like to make it easier for you. I have a wide range of experience across different life stages. I've worked as an NDIS psychologist and behaviour specialist, in schools within the Department of Education, delivered outreach psychological services in aged care, and offered private psychological services to adults. This experience enables me to tackle a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex developmental and psychological conditions. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with men and couples.

I am a senior clinical psychologist, supervisor and accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist with 37 years of experience. I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults to assist with the difficulties of being human. This may range from unease or lack of vitality, to anguish, fear and protracted suffering. My therapy is best suited to people who are wanting to explore their psychodynamics and are motivated to make changes to improve their quality of life, work and relationships. I have a special supervision interest in assisting Early Career Clinicians with clinical skills and depth insight into the therapeutic relationship.

I am a counsellor at Discovery Family Therapy, where I work with teens and families. My expertise lies in addressing family conflict, gender and body image, loss, anxiety, and trauma using positive behavioral and cognitive interventions.

I work best when clients feel comfortable, if that means we swear a lot in session - I am happy to make that sacrifice! I am passionate about teaching young people how to recognise and to regulate their emotional responses, develop a positive sense of self, problem solve situations, and build their resilience for the future. The relaxed, calming environment and the light exercise enables more creative problem solving and and enhanced mental flexibility.

I provide neurodivergent affirming counselling for ADHD and Autistic adults.

Nearly all of us have challenges in life. Perhaps some of the most difficult for us to adjust to are those concerning our intimate relationships, and sexuality. Relationship problems and problems with sex are two of the most common issues that people bring to counselling with me... these aspects of life frequently result in much distress within each of us, and much conflict if you're in a relationship. Let's face it, it's not easy talking about relationship problems and sex when we're already feeling distressed.
