Internal Family Systems therapy helps you explore your parts with the goal of bringing you into greater balance - inside and out!
With a Master's in Counselling and Spirituality I invite you to come (with faith or without) to explore your own healing and growth. You will be invited to get to know yourself, your parts, and find greater balance and harmony.
