I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I have worked with an array of individuals to address their mental health concerns both as a nurse and therapist. Another passion of mine is to assist fellow athletes in a multitude of sports to reach their goals and feel confident in their skills.
At Evolution Counselling, our mission is to foster a safe environment for individuals to continuously evolve and learn about themselves. We also strive to help athletes better understand themselves in and out of sports!
