We're here to work with children, teens and adults who want to overcome anxiety, depression, and the impact of challenging life experiences. We understand that mental health problems rob people of the chance to experience all that life has to offer, and we help our clients move their lives towards autonomy, engagement, healthy problem-solving, coping, and healthy relationships.
Our clinic specializes in evidence-based psychological treatments, including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. We have experience with neurodevelopmental disorders (such as ADHD and ASD) and accommodate the needs of neurodiverse clients in therapy.
We will collaborate with you to help you better understand yourself, to set goals for therapy that are important to you, and to address 'stuck-points' in your life.
