I am a Registered Psychologist specializing in couples counselling. I work with couples on a variety of obstacles in their relationship, such as a breakdown of communication, recurring arguments, life transitions, disconnection between partners, and intimacy issues. I also specialize in working with adult individuals struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship/communication difficulties.
In my work, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Gottman based couples therapy. I do however tailor my approach to each client, depending on what is a good fit for you. Couples workshops are also available for couples looking to improve their relationship in a workshop format

Gottman Seven Principles Workshop for Couples is a relationship workshop based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman.
