Groups
"Caring for the Over-Carers"
Note: This group is not currently running. Do you feel like you overgive in your relationships? Have you lost your sense of self? Do you neglect your own self-care for the sake of others? If yes, please join us as a member of an 8-week cognitive behavioural based group for individuals attempting to support a loved one experiencing mental health/addiction and/or significant physical health issues. It will address how supporting others often has an effect on us as the carers and how to manage our own emotional reactions during these challenging times.
