My clients want to see progress, to resolve problems, or to feel like themselves again, but aren't quite sure where to start. I work collaboratively with my clients, so we find something that works uniquely for each person.

I have worked for over 5 years in many different ways with individuals who have experienced human trafficking and trauma. These issues can bring anxiety, grief, depression, stress, and can feel so isolating. They can be hard to explain, and even harder to feel understood in.
