Hello! My name is Leigh Drong. I am a Registered Social Worker with 20 years of clinical experience working with teenagers and adults living with a variety of medical and mental health conditions. I have a passion for helping others to overcome adversity, achieve their goals and realize their potential. My approach to therapy is flexible depending on the needs of each client. I have training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am also a Certified Diabetes educator with expertise in supporting individuals and families living with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
