We specialize in individual and relationship focused psychotherapy and personal and professional coaching focused on supporting positive mental health and improving personal wellness. Our services are rooted in core holistic, client-centred, humanistic principles guided by a neuroplasticity and bio-psycho-socio-cultural perspective. This perspective is neuro-diversity positive and trauma informed and is focused on building strengths and positive approaches to change.
