I use evidence-based interventions to inform my practice holding specialties in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Trauma informed approached to support and address the unique needs of each individual.
