Most of the clients I see are burdened by anxiety, depression, relationship problems and/or trauma. I have resources and strategies that address these all too common concerns.
I work with individuals and couples with many modalities including Cognitive Behavioural and Emotionally Focussed Therapies as well as applying psychodynamic perspectives among others, but my approach is tailored to individual needs.
