MindSpark Psychotherapy is a virtual online clinic that can assist you on your personal healing journey. I treat individuals struggling with life transitions, religious trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, phobias, corporate burnout, gaslighting, religious trauma, and other related mental health concerns. My training allows me to offer effective and individualized psychological care with a unique passion for mindfulness and stress reduction. I offer cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and I am well versed in the highly sensitive person theory .
You can expect a person-centered, collaborative, and holistic therapy experience during our sessions. I offer support for effective change through mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and other mental health strategies. Together, we can find the right tools and resources necessary for you to feel more tuned into your own personal rhythm and harmony.
