Are you tired of going it alone trying to manage your ADHD symptoms? Have you recently been diagnosed and aren’t sure about next steps or have you secretly suspected for a while now that you have ADHD? Are you confounded by your ADHD spouse or child's behaviours? Well then welcome come to a space devoted solely to people like you, offering tailor-made assistance to help you live well alongside ADHD. I offer a full 60-minute session hour although the length can be modified for those with shorter attention spans.
The ADHD Garden is a place where you can find practical, strengths-based help and support. Here you will find a way to understand what ADHD is all about and how to live with it (spoiler alert: it’s not really about “attention”). In addition to professional expertise, I have ADHD myself and I bring that lived experience to my work.
