The pressures of life can leave us feeling defeated, misunderstood and hopeless. Despite trying our best, there are moments where we feel overwhelmed and out of control. We want things to change, but may not know where to begin - making us feel frustrated and stuck. My approach is to work collaboratively, to help support you in discovering ways to overcome these struggles. I assist clients who are experiencing relationship problems, trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. As a therapist trained in evidence based techniques my approach is client centered and flexible - one size does not fit all.
My practice encompasses supporting the healthy progression of individuals experiencing interpersonal and emotional difficulties. By incorporating cognitive behavioural, humanistic and solution focused therapies, my goal is to work together to support you in exploring your concerns and developing coping skills to help improve your overall well-being.
