Dr. Santiago is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. Her treatment is provided in English or Spanish. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with experience treating mental health disorders for children and adolescents 6 years and older as well as adults of all ages. My philosophy about health and mental well-being requires an integration of mind and body, treating the whole person. My specialties include diagnosis and treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and ADHD for children 13 years and older and adults of all ages. Our company is also able to provide individual and intensive outpatient therapy programs at our office.

I graduated from the University of Tennessee, Memphis medical school in 1999 and then continued my training in psychiatry at Duke University where I served as chief resident of the Duke Inpatient service. I provide therapy and medication management for personality disorders, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, sleeping disorders, addiction and attention deficit disorder. Medications are important but are not necessary in every case. I believe that through education, therapy, counseling, and sometimes medication everyone can return to their previous level of functioning and enjoy life to the fullest. I have been in practice 17yrs.

Dr. Shields’ clinical expertise includes treating adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and substance abuse. Dr. Shields’ greatest passion is bringing healing and hope to those experiencing stress in their lives. Hello I'm Tami, a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have been a medical professional since 2010 in a variety of fields including mental health, Med-Surg, Nephrology among others. My experience in the various medical fields as a nurse led me to my passion, which is mental health. I treat each individual with empathy and absolute positive regard. Depending on your needs, I customize your treatment plan to achieve your goals and overall well being. This may include therapy, medications, or a combination of both. I use evidence based practice to ensure you are receiving the care needed to obtain optimal wellness.

Dr. Shrestha is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist, proficient in treating clients who are 15 years and older. She holds a very strong belief in healing work with her clients through an integrative wellness approach. This holistic method to healing work combines medical treatment, psychotherapy, pharmacogenetics, the physical domain, and spiritual domain, for a truly holistic approach. Dr. Shrestha helps her clients struggling with problems regarding life stressors, adjustment issues, maladaptive coping skills, emotional turmoil, and learning deficiencies.

Will is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years of experience working in Mental Health. He specializes in psychiatric medication management as well as psychotherapy and sees children (ages 6 and up), adolescents and adults with a range of conditions including but not limited to ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and autism. Will works collaboratively with clients in an open and nonjudgmental manner, often with humor, curiosity, and intentional therapeutic self-disclosure to help uncover the biological, medical, spiritual and social dimensions of concerns.

Meredith Simmons is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with prescribing privileges in the state of Tennessee. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Studies as well as a bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As an RN, Meredith worked on a senior behavioral unit. She then obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

I graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2018. I have been a registered nurse since 2008. My mental health career first began in 2009, and I now have over 15 years of experience working with Psychiatric patients. I treat a wide range of psychiatric illnesses and age ranges from 6 years old and up. I am passionate about all mental health and treatment but I do enjoy specifically treating ADHD, perinatal mood disorders, and bipolar disorder.
