I am a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Adult/Gero Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health. I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive psychotherapy for patients 13 years old and above, focusing on trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD and bipolar disorder. I have a special interest in survivors of sexual violence & first responders.

Though we may all suffer from stressors of the world and trauma, we all deserve to be treated as individuals. At Tailored Psychiatric Wellness Center, the goal is to understand the needs of each client and create a treatment plan specialized for them. I bring a unique perspective to psychiatric care, having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I understand the importance of addressing the root cause of mental health concerns and working with my patients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs.

Kalietta Webb is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee who has been working in the mental health field for six years. Kalietta has experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment that includes helping all walks of life of all ages with a variety of mental health diagnoses ranging from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, addictions, psychosis such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective, and substance induced psychosis. She advocates for holistic care for individuals with the collaboration of medication management and therapy.

Psychiatry is one piece of the healthcare puzzle. It is my honor to be a part of the psychiatry puzzle piece because of the support and care I can provide patients when they are in a vulnerable state. Hearing patient’s stories, collaborating with them to find an individualized treatment plan, and walking through treatment with them from beginning to end is the reason I became a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I view each patient as a cornerstone member of their treatment team, collaborate with other providers, and prioritize the patient's individual treatment goals.

David Wells PMHNP-BC is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care. With extensive hospital nursing experience, he saw the urgent need for mental health services in his community. Motivated to make a difference, he pursued higher education to become a PMHNP. David believes in holistic care, prioritizing trust and empathy in patient relationships. He creates safe spaces for open dialogue and personalized and evidence based treatment plans. Practice specialties include anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, PTSD and support for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I am a Psychiatrist with training and experience in a multitude of mental health and substance use disorders. Dr. S. Taylor Williams is a psychiatrist with Talkiatry.  She is board-certified in psychiatry and has been practicing over 14 years. Dr. Williams received her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine at UAB. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.  Prior to joining Talkiatry, she held an academic appointment to UTHSC as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, and was the Clinical Director of the Memphis Mental Health Institute.  She specializes in the treatment of young adults and LGBTQ patients. Her practice focuses on medication management.

Welcome, my name is Toni Williams Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, DNP, PMHNP, FNP. Toni Williams is a Board-Certified Doctor of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Toni Williams has been in the nursing arena for over 19 years. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse for 10 years with a background in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Oncology, and Corrections. She also worked in several leadership roles in nursing as a Clinical Educator and a Regional Nursing Director of Education. Toni Williams became a Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN) in 2014.

Dr. Wilt is board certified in adult psychiatry. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans where she also completed her four-year residency in psychiatry. Dr. Wilt takes a biopsychosocial approach to mental health and has over 13 years of experience with an array of mental health diagnoses including Depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders. Dr. Wilt enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and working hand in hand with them to accurately diagnose and treat the symptoms they are experiencing.

Dr. Suzanne Winzenburg is a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee. She has been in nursing since 1991 and has practiced as an advanced practice nurse since 2011. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana, a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, and a Post-Master Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from King University. Dr. Winzenburg is an Associate Professor of Nursing at King University in the graduate nursing program.

I aim to provide individualized care to help folks feel like themselves again. I’m acutely aware that psychiatric care is intimidating, so I invite you to look at our first appointment as a chat where you tell me all about yourself—your interests, the important people in your life and what it’s like to be you. After getting to know you, we can come up with a plan that may include medication or nonpharmacologic treatments like psychotherapy or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). I offer all three of these services at the clinic, and it is my goal to work with you to achieve your treatment goals.

I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s mental health across the lifespan. I enjoy connecting with women who are struggling with mood disorders while fostering a therapeutic relationship conducive to healing.

Angela Wood, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides diagnostic services and medication management for patients with mental health disorders. She graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with a specialty in mental health in 1999. She has been practicing as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2000.
