Hi mamas, dads, birthing parents, and non-birthing parents! You’re busy taking care of your little ones… so who is taking care of you? I’m here for you with a safe and non-judgmental space to navigate the inevitable challenges that arise during motherhood. It can be hard to prioritize our own mental health when we are focused on those who depend on us. However, you deserve support. You deserve to be able to share that your expectations are not matching reality. You deserve to be heard. Clients may benefit from therapy during any stage of their journey, from pre-conception through postpartum.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and am certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. I am ready to help you wherever you are on your journey.
It is important to me that clients are able to access care and we can work together to figure out whether in-office or Telehealth therapy works best for you. Babies are welcome!
