Lauren Emhe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Delaware, experienced in providing individual and family therapy services to adults, children, and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship dynamic challenges. Lauren completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware and received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

I’m a Mental Health therapist that provides telehealth services to adults that are struggling with grief and trauma. I am a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, EMDR Trained, and Trauma-Informed Care. If I could treat and teach more about grief and trauma for the rest of my life, I would continue to do so every day.
