People have been shaped and molded by their past experiences, both good and bad. Often, people feel drawn to focus on the bad experiences, often leading to pain and struggles of many kinds. To many, pain and struggle feels permanent. Many excuse these struggles as “just part of life”. When we excuse these struggles and they become “just part of life” we tend to lose hope. When one is ready to address their struggles they can overcome what they thought was permanent.

"What lies behind us, and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us". - Ralph Waldo Emerson. Life is a journey full of beauty and unexpected challenges. It is at these difficult times when we may need additional support; someone to walk beside us along our journey and help us find that beauty of life again.

Now accepting new clients! No waitlist. All sessions are virtual and can be attended from anywhere. Scheduling with me is easy, just visit my website at Rellawellness.com and select request appointment. Unhealed trauma can affect your life in many ways. It can lead to increased stress, anxiety, depression, and difficulty in relationships. Some people with trauma, may not even identify their lives as traumatic, but still feel blocked and stuck, and have difficulty understanding why. The mechanisms through which trauma present itself is complex and extensive, but through deep work and the therapeutic process, healing is possible.
