Hello, and welcome to my page! As a mental health counselor and supervisor with over a decade of clinical practice, I bring a wealth and knowledge and experience into my counseling sessions. While I welcome anyone to my private practice who is seeking to improve their life or themselves, I primarily focus my clinical work on anxiety, couples therapy, and men's issues. My small teletherapy practice allows me to focus my time and attention on each of my clients to build a specialized therapeutic approach specifically designed to improve my clients' health, happiness and overall wellbeing.

My goal as a therapist is to help participants uncover their inner strength and ability to adapt to challenging life experiences. I enjoy creating new relationships based on the common goal of growth and I always attempt to make therapy an enjoyable experience, whether working with an 8 year old or a 49 year old! I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as well as the opportunities for nature and therapeutic activities to increase personal growth. Most importantly, I believe in the ability for positive change to occur with an individual who is dedicated to this pursuit.

Welcome! I'm Dr. Olivia Easley, a dedicated counselor educator, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and Qualified Supervisor (QS). My passion lies in mentoring and supervising the next generation of mental health professionals. I provide a supportive and enriching environment where counselors can grow, develop their skills, and excel in their practice. My clinical practice focuses on empowering women, particularly Black women and other women from marginalized groups, to strengthen their identities and develop a profound sense of self-worth and self-love.

Life can be challenging! Feelings of anxiety, depression, overwhelm, anger, and exhaustion can decrease joy and a sense of purpose in life. Therapy can help you regain your footing and build the life you desire. I have been working as a therapist and addiction counselor for over ten years to assist with anger management, PTSD/Trauma, mood management, wellness, relationship building, and addictions. My goal is always to look for your strengths and build a treatment plan based on your goals and desired outcomes. I use EMDR to process trauma/PTSD issues and addictions, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.

My practice focus is in supporting adolescents and adults through individual and group therapy with needs including adjusting to stress and changes in life, depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder and traits, healing from the impacts of trauma and traumatic invalidation, and interpersonal and relational stressors. I am passionate about empowering and collaborating with my clients to build their most fulfilling life through increasing insight and mindful awareness into their emotional wounds and lived experience, to grow self love and acceptance, and build relationships that are healthy and affirming.
