I specialize in Binge Eating Disorder and emotional eating along with the low self-esteem and body image concerns that typically come with them. My unique combination of therapeutic skills helps get to the root of your relationship with food. This is not a diet or weight loss program. My focus is on creating permanent emotional changes.
You know what to do, but you can't seem to make yourself do it. Something pulls you back to food and self-sabotage, but you can't seem to break free. My laser-like focus into the patterns that keeps you stuck, gets to the core of what leads you to use food to soothe yourself and heal the pain that drives you to numb with food.
