Duplicate File Explorer tabs: Right-clicking on a File Explorer tab will show a new option to duplicate it.

New way to pin apps to the taskbar: It’s now possible to drag apps from the Pinned section of the Start Menu and pin them to the taskbar.

Nearby Sharing notifications (China-only): If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are off when turning on Nearby Sharing, Windows 11 will now ask users to allow them to be turned on.

Microsoft is also flighting today the Windows 10 22H2 build 19045.4713 to Insiders on the both the Release Preview and Beta Channels. As a reminder, testers on the recently-opened Beta Channel for Windows 10 are invited to turn on the toggle in Windows Update to get early access to new Windows 10 features.

With today’s build 19045.4713, Microsoft is rolling out a taskbar fix to Insiders on the Beta Channel. This fix will correctly display the search box in the taskbar on secondary monitors when the setting for search on the taskbar is set to “Search box.” This build also brings several bug fixes for all Insiders in both the Beta and Release Preview Channels that aren’t really worth detailing, though Microsoft addressed issues causing Windows Backup and Universal Print clients to fail in certain circumstances.

If you missed it yesterday, Microsoft also released the Windows 11 build 26252 for Insiders on the Canary Channel. The new bits improve the design of lock screen widgets, new energy recommendations on devices with HDR displays, and more.
