Today is "International Self Care Day" This day was established in 2011 by the International Self-Care Foundation (ISF) and is recognized each year on July 24th as a symbol that the benefits of self-care are experienced 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As workers in the healthcare industry, it is important to prioritize self-care. A very important day to remind ourselves that we should take care of ourselves and we really should prioritize that in our daily life. Our training and implementation coordinator Mandla Khoza had an incredible time last week in North-West at the Provincial STIs/Condoms and Pregnancy Awareness Campaign!  We were thrilled to showcase booth-based HIV self-testing (using the Pocket Clinic for multi-language digital counselling and support) at Letlhabile CHC now being offered through The Aurum Institute, our partner in supporting digital health platforms to create positive health impact through convenient and private health services.   After the event, Mandla continued spreading awareness at Block I grounds in Letlhabile Brits, where we connected with organizations like #Me1st, Grinders Arisen, loveLife, and Show Me Your Number SMYN Together, we're committed to addressing the challenges faced by teenagers and young adults aged 15 to 24 regarding pregnancy, STIs, and HIV through various measures, including promoting condom usage. #STIAwareness #Condoms #digitalhealth #CommunityEngagement #HealthForAll
