Our strategy is anchored in building the largest and most valuable platform business with a clear focus on Africa. This rests on a scale connectivity and infrastructure business – mobile and fixed access networks in the consumer, enterprise and wholesale segments. MTN partnered with UN Women in 2022, committing to key principles for driving gender equality. As we celebrate HeForShe’s 10th anniversary this year, we reflect on the tangible progress made. The 2024 Impact Report highlights several milestones, including: • Women now make up 40% of MTN’s workforce, surpassing our 2025 targets in management and technology roles. • We've made strides in closing the gender pay gap, with focused efforts on hiring women in senior roles. • Through initiatives like Girls in ICT Day and the NextGen STEM programme, we continue to create opportunities for women in tech. As we strive to achieve gender parity, we will continue investing in leadership development, equal pay, and programmes that empower women and girls.
