Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Randburg for a Marketing Administrator/Intern at Rolux Global. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the management team in various day-to-day marketing tasks. This includes assisting with market research, analyzing marketing data, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and assisting with the development of marketing materials, and importantly, content creation. The role is not limited to only our South African business, and will encompass our United States operation too. You'll need to be comfortable working with various outsourced service providers to create amazing content to help grow the brand. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing within a growing global company. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Managing Director: Africa at Rolux Global in Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our business in Africa, predominantly focused on our growth in South Africa. This includes managing a team, developing and executing business plans, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will be the driving force behind our growth and success in the African market. Qualifications/Skills/Requirements - Strong and proven sales and marketing expertise - Strong leadership and management skills - Proven experience in senior executive positions - Excellent commercial/business acumen and strategic thinking skills - Experience in the consumer goods, manufacturing or outdoor equipment industry preferable - Experience in growing SME's will be advantageous - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment - A minimum of a university degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field (a postgraduate degree is advantageous) - Referrals/references are absolutely critical to succeeding in your application for this role Rolux is a fast-growing brand of outdoor equipment.
