Team Korea working on keeping the #evginsider spirit going!
On August 26th, EV Group Korea hosted a special team workshop themed “Be Myself, Be Ourselves at the Workplace.” The workshop kicked off with a preliminary survey, completed individually, to assess our mental health at work, the values we pursue, our psychological resources (strengths and areas for improvement), job competency, and organizational culture. Based on the survey results, team members participated in discussions and role-playing activities to better understand different personal traits and motivational methods. The workshop emphasized the importance of positively expressing our strengths rather than focusing on our shortcomings.

Our skilled technical editors are the experts behind all of our system manuals and documentation. Usually, they're busy typing away on their computers here at EVG headquarters in Austria. To ensure the accuracy and the applicability of our documentation and to deepen their technical knowledge, they are, however, also in the field, supporting our crews on site. A recent trip took the team over to the USA, where they accompanied the installation process of a 300-mm EVG system - hands on, from unpacking to the testing stage. The experiences gained will flow back into the next revisions of our manuals - closing the loop, always looking to best serve our crews and customers all over the globe. #evginsider
